Bhoodhan Agriventure’s Flynix is a new chemistry with a unique mode of action. It contains spiromesifen, a chemical class of tetronic acid. It is a unique foliar contact insecticide/acaricide.

Spiromesifen works by disrupting the life cycle of mites and whiteflies. It acts on all developmental stages of pests, ensuring prolonged control and preventing damage to crops.

The active ingredient of Flynix, Spiromesifen, acts by inhibiting lipid biosynthesis in insects, specifically targeting triglycerides and free fatty acids.

This biological activity correlates with tetronic acids, which play a crucial role in hindering the formation of lipids and contributing to the effective control of mites and whiteflies.
