Category: Insecticide
Trade Name: TIN - TIN
Technical Name: Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG
Mode of Action:
TIN-TIN is a non-systemic, trans-laminar insecticide that acts as a stomach and contact poison to control lepidopteran pests. It binds to insect nerve cell glutamate-gated chloride channels (GluCls), blocking nerve signaling, which causes immediate feeding cessation and paralysis, leading to death in 2-4 days.| Crops | Common Name of the Pest | Dosage /ha |
